WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
According to EU regulations, our customers have the right to cancel within seven days of receipt of the goods from Cocoa Hernando. If the customer does cancel their order, they will have their payment refunded once the goods are returned. All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to. The UK, Europe & the US. Delivery within the UK is a standard £3.50, £5.00 to Europe & £7.50 to the US.
